What SA celebs want for Christmas
This is what South African celebrities will be doing this festive season and what they’d like from Santa Claus…

My husband Nicky surprised me with a very special present for my birthday, so Christmas gifts will be small. We can’t help but spoil our daughter Gia who is slowly starting to understand what Christmas is about. It’s all very exciting.
This year we’ll be spending Christmas in Cape Town. We’ll do a Christmas braai in our bungalow in Clifton.
I’ve got a new track on my special edition and on YouTube called Merry Xmas, it lists every single thing I want for Christmas. Also a braai and a double brandy and coke would do wonders. I’ll be with my family and a few of my chommies in Stilbaai, just hanging out, eating and drinking way too much and being merry.

In my family, Christmas is a huge, colourful affair on the farm in Koster, where I grew up. I like practical gifts rather than gimmicky things, so I’m the one who will buy someone a range of great hair products…

Food. I am definitely looking forward to the traditional Christmas spread. I will be going back to Johannesburg to spend time with my family this Christmas (we are currently touring Evidence along the coast).

I’d like an advanced driving course... I spend Christmas with my family. It’s a great time to reflect on the year gone by, laugh and celebrate together.
DJ Euphonik (real name Themba Nkosi)
I spend the religious part of Christmas with my family. It’s a family tradition to visit Daveyton, the township in Benoni where I grew up, to take food to the homeless people there. And when the festivities are over my friends and I host our Christmas party in Joburg for everyone who can’t go home. -Saturday Star
